Digital proof
Before we begin the embroidery, we will send you a preview showing the font, size, and placement for your approval. Embroidery will only begin after approval via email. One revision is included.
Production lead time
The production lead time is 7 to 15 business days, starting from the confirmation of payment and approval of the digital proof.
Shipping
Orders are shipped with tracking.
🇵🇹 Mainland Portugal: €10 — approximately 1 business day after dispatch.
🇪🇸 Spain: €10 — approximately 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.
At this time, we do not ship to other countries in the European Union.
Free local pickup
Available at Boneca Flor, in Lisbon, by prior arrangement. We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup.

This set is made exclusively for you after purchase. We do not have ready stock; the towels are sent as a matching set according to stock availability. As it is fully personalized, we do not accept exchanges or returns. Production time: 7 to 10 business days.
Design & Care
Each Ikigai Bespoke piece is embroidered one by one with high-quality thread. To keep your embroidery looking perfect for longer:
- wash in cold water (up to 30ºC)
- Do not use chemical detergents
- Always iron with a cloth over the embroidery.
- Do not wring or fold the embroidery.
